Marlin Camp 45

I just aquired a Model 45 Camp Carbine. I paid too much for it but it is like new and I have been wanting one for years. I love the fact that it uses 1911 mags since my recent love affair with 1911s. The guy I got it from has already replaced the bolt return spring and buffer with upgraded parts.
I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. Will take it to the deer lease next weekend for a test run. I'm just curious if anybody out there has had any expierence with them.

I have the camp 9. I didn't like the trigger, so I sent it in for a "workover".
The rifle performs well. I wanted a 9mm to go with my various pistols in 9mm.

Yeah, the trigger leaves some to be desired. Who'd you send it to?
