Browning 1886 Montana Centennial - C&R?
I can't find my hard copy C&R list, and the PDF on ATF's Website won't download for me. Seems last time I used the online PDF for a reference, it was corrupted or incomplete too...
Most, if not all, commemoratives are on the list - I'm looking for confirmation of: Browning 1886 High Grade .45-70 Montana Centennial Commemorative, 1 of 2000, made in 1989.

It is not on the list. It could be, though, if you can find a museum curator who would document that it is a curio or relic of museum interest.
There are a bazillion Winchester commemoratives on the list for a couple of reasons. The first is that Winchester pumped out a rifle to commemorate practically any event and the second is that somebody asked for those particular models to be on the list.
