Replica of the 5.56 NATO round?
Does anyone know a good replica of the m193 Ball ammo? Edit: Just saw I accidentally typed M191
55 grain FMJ BT surplus rounds with conneleur (<--Spelling?) AA2230(How many grains) Remington 9 1/2 Small rifle BR primer (These are my .308 primers...I mean 7 1/2 OF COURSE) How close can you get to the M193 ball?

You are asking about replicating/duplicating M191 ballistics with a similar bullet. You can buy Winchester FMJ bullets from Midway, you can buy W748 powder, and you can buy the hard primers. My question would be "Why?", but yes, it can be done.

I was thinking that the M-193 used H-335 powder?

Just fixed my type-o of the M191 hahaha
M193 55 gr ball. Just wondering what kind of powder they use. Seems like it would be a good base to start a new load from....no? Im currently using AA2230

Now go back to fix your typo on the primer number, 9-½ is a LARGE rifle primer, it would be difficult to get seated in a .223 case! Yeah I know ya meant 7-½!
I echo the sentiment about WHY? You COLD attempt to duplicate the ball ammo, but you'd spend a lot of time, components, and wear and tear on your equipment doing it. Just buy whatever 55 grain bullet, load some for accuracy, and go shooting!

G'day. SIERRA has the 55gr FMJBT Game King #1355. It was intended to duplicate the military M193 bullet. Match the velocity and you should be good to go.

Why? You can use 55gr BTFMJ and H335 and get better performance than XM193. A Hot load does not mean it is accurate nor consistent. I like using mil spec factory ammo because its quality brass for handloading.
