TFL 1st Amendment being attacked!

Does anyone else feel that The Firing Line is attacking out First Amendment right with the restrictions and Nazi like censorship when they close and delete threads?

The First Amendment only applied to government.

I think the rules and enforcement are quite correct. No problems noted from me.

Think of TFL as a private enterprise. It is. As such, they can kick out anyone they please.

No.

This is a privately-owned forum. It has rules. Those who follow the rules don't get censored. The First Amendment applies only to government. You might read it some day -- it's enlightening in what it doesn't say.

Sorta like hockey ... those who don't commit fouls don't get sent to the penalty box.
