Rem870 Brake

Just saw what is claimed to be a Rem 870 muzzle brake on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...tem=1055641209). Has anyone ever heard of one?

Maybe the primary motive is making a bayonet out of the barrel. I wouldn't want to ask BAFT about that one ...

Yes, there have been a number of them over the years. They are legal on a non-semi auto firearm. However, since the shotgun opperates at a lower pressure, the break really doesn't work, since breaks use high pressure gas venting out the ports in a jet-like effect to force the barrel down.
They may look cool, but don't do much.
