Flash hole??

Picked up range brass in 45acp, some of these have the large flash hole. Should these be loaded differently?

The brass you picked up is likely to be Winchester Win clean brass. It is safe to reload it normally as the 45acp is a fairly low pressure round. The size of the flash hole won't make any difference.
