My sincerest apologies to you Lee owners. I must've had a brain cramp (too much ice cream)! How could I possibly have forgotten Lee.

I had a hunch that Dillon would be in first place. Once I got my 550, I sold of my two RCBS presses. Sure is nice to load 4-500 rounds in a couple of leisurely hours, instead of taking a couple of days (or longer) to do it with a single stage press. It finally got to the point where I used to hate reloading, but thanks to Dillon, it's now a pleasure.

Hey.......whats wrong with taking a day or two to load several hundred rounds on a single stage press??? Huh, huh??? LOL, ever heard the saying, slow but sure??? One of these days when I start making big bucks (or more than I'm making now) I'll move on up to a progressive.........but until then I'll be happy with my Rock Chucker.

I have, and use, in no particular order...
Harrell Lee C-Frame Lee hand press Lee O-Frame Lee Turret RCBS JR-3 Redding Boss I like the Harrell best, but the Redding probably sees the most varied use - The Lee Turret has probably loaded more rounds than the others together...

My favorite is my Dillon 450B (ancestor of the 550B). I've loaded thousands with no problems on that bad boy. Terry M. mentioned a Lyman 310 tong, wish I still had one. loaded lots of 218 Bee rounds with one years ago.

i used the lee hand press and love it. the apartment is cramped, space at a premium and the lee gets the job done. i like the lee "O" press too. eventually i'd like a rock chucker.
