Look what I found on Sunday!

On Sunday I was in my garage going through a couple of boxes and I found these:

These were bring-backs from the time I was in Iraq (Post-Desert Storm: Operation Provide Comfort) in Zakho Iraq:

Actually I brought back a bunch of stuff (No rifles or pistols they were not allowed - The brigade commander (who was a full-bird colonel) said he would personally court-martial anyone caught with an Iraq firearm! It wasn’t worth the risk! And most of it I sold (for a nice profit I might add!! )

I have a few more boxes in the garage I haven't gone through in awhile, guess I'll have to that soon (Never know what you might find!!)

Very nice! I love when I find forgotten treasures in my garage.

I recently found a Ruger speed six .357 I had forgotten about long ago.

Glockstar, that sounds like how I spent part of last winter in my basement.

after 34 years of 'putting stuff in the far corner' I attacked the pile:
open, examine, file, save or throw it out.

after about 2 weeks of off & on work I discovered

That's pretty cool. If I remember correctly my BIL said they couldn't take anything out like that. Kinda a bummer, but at the same time I understand.
