Need Help

Today I bought a 14 insert Bullet Comparator kit at Cabelas to use when loading for my .223 Remington and my .243 Winchester. When I got home it said in the box that there was a complete set of instructions; however, when I looked, there was no instruction or chart that tells you what insert to use with what bullet. I can see on Youtube that the #2-22 Insert is to be used for the .223 Remington, but I don't know which one to use for the .243 Winchester. Can someone direct me to a chart or can you tell me which insert to use?
