Ruger Vaq Sheriff: grips and leather pics

Hey All,
Detailed reviews will follow soon, but wanted to share these pics of my new Eagle gunfighter grips (Rosewood checkered) and Mernickle high ride concealment holster.

The grips allow me to get "on point" very quickly with my Ruger. They are thin, yet tapered slightly out near the bottom, allowing for one of the best grip profiles ever created (IMO). This is the fourth gun that I have installed Eagle grips on.....and never had a problem.

The Mernickle holster is superior fit and finish, tucks the gun tight into the body, and can be worn cross draw & strong side hip.
Cross draw was MADE for driving! Strong side carry is easily concealable under an untucked shirt, and draws clean and fast.

Nice!

LOVE the finish on your Ruger! I've done a fair amount of business with Eagle Grip also. They are a great outfit.

Thanks for sharing!

I never knew a holstered Ruger could look so good. My Vaqueros are stainless (OK, I'm cheap and don't ever want to worry about rebluing them).

The only thing that I can see wrong with the grips is that they are on yours and not on mine! I've got to check in to getting a set of those - they are beautiful! Great photos - thanks for sharing!

Yep...Pretty nice...!

And in .45LC it is important the grips be right.

Especially with the short barrel shifting the pivot point aft.

Very pretty.
