Thanks for posting this. I feel the outcome may be different now that there is no alternative route to getting the required signatures. I guess we will have to see how this ends up after the comment period. I don't care about the background check stuff nearly as much as the signature. Hopefully existing trusts will be grandfathered. I hope the signature requirement is eliminated in favor of just submitting pictures and such.
