Chest mounted holster options?

Hey, guys. I'm new to the forum so try to go easy on me. I just recently bought a Fobus paddle holster at a gun show and I'm wondering if the Blackhawk SERPA strike CQC will work with it. I'm wanting to mount it on my Condor Plate Carrier. And if this doesn't work, what are some better options?

These are popular up here, but it's not Molle gear.

I'm not an "Operator" or expert on tactical vests... but I do have a couple. I've found that I prefer to have a dedicated gun belt that has a holster and mag carriers already in place. I actually have one set up that has the belt attached to the existing belt loops on the vest. Works great! YMMV
