Yeah, my ummmm . . . event happened down in Arkansas County. I went to Stuttgart when I shoulda gone to DeWitt. As it turned out the judge was pretty nonchalant about it. I clearly was not the first out-of-towner to make that mistake.

Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel issued an opinion yesterday regarding Act 746. To make a long story short, he does not believe that Act 746 authorizes constitutional carry.
