In other news. Is this take down lever supposed to be flimsy? I'm used to the SIG where it doesn't dangle around.

hmm..alright. This is what happens when one has too many different brands. You just wish all of them can fuse into one perfect thing.

Seems like they mixed Glock with SIG to take down the gun. The little tool where the lanyard would be is funny. I probably won't ever use it...well maybe.

You'd be surprised at the number of officers that have shot themselves while doing disassemblies. If you use it you don't have to pull the trigger. My guess is it was added to keep the lawyers happy. I think it also should be the size of the roll pin punches though as well and can be used to disassemble the gun, so it's sort of like having a disassembly tool with you all the time (not a bad idea).

It won't have the fit and finish of a SIG, it just won't. If you expect it to you'll just be disappointed.

lol anyways, yeah.. It's a punch. Yes, someone who was recently in LE I know all the studies of that.

Congrats dude!

Yeah, the take down lever is a little dangly when it's down. Definitely not as tight as Sigs - but it certainly doesn't bother me any. I like the way it generally snaps back up into place upon reassembly just by pulling the slide back, instead of forcefully flipping the lever back.

Really can't wait to shoot this thing already. Thanks for your input in the beginning of my thoughts towards getting it. That helped out a lot to what happened today.

there has been accuracy issues or at least inconsistencies reported in M&P especially full size 9mm. Not sure if they are fully corrected but they were definitely present 2 years ago. I have personally seen this in one other M&P but mine was not affected and grouped well

My MP9 has never had an accuracy problem and it's 4 years old with a high round count. I think it's mostly an internet myth.

I wish it was. Honestly. I saw a bunch of topics opened up by 10-8 performance. (I use a lot of thee stuff on my toys '1911's')
And they really did have an issue. Maybe just some. Hope mine isn't one lol.

On vacation now. I get back Monday. Wanted to bring my M&P up with me. But haven't shot it yet. I'm here now with my Glock 17.
Going to shoot the day lights out of it. Hopefully this week. If not. Next for sure.

Even before the panic they were hard to come by at that price, new ones were at least.

Still can't wait to shoot this darn thing. Haven't bought it night sights or an apex trigger yet. Going to see how I shoot it first and whether it belongs in my carry rotation or not.

Waiting for the Glock 19 slide to get back from Glock. Hope they replace it -__-

Thanks for the double luck, it worked! I found a pro on gunbroker for $590.

While technically under my 600 goal, once I pay transfer fees/background check I'm at 640 but I'm still happy.
