What's the story Steyr L9-A1?

Any Steyr afficinados know the Story on this Pistol? Is it available yet? Thanks

I'm no aficionado, but will just chime in that short of the videos from SHOT(?), there isn't much in the way of news. My S9A1 is on layaway and if I like it as much as I foresee, the L9A1 was going to closely follow as I'm craving a long-slide-something. (M&P 9L/Pro is also a contender.) As far as I know, at least one person from Steyr Arms management is on the Steyrclub.com forum, and there still hasn't been any solid news or even credible rumors.

Thanks for the info. If your interested FN is also teasing a long slide fns the striker version in 9 and 40
