How many reloads do yall get out of 308

I think any more than 4 is pushing the limits. They're no different than M1's, M14's and M1A's.

Most people agree with the "four and done" rule. The only exception might be if you have a rifle that has a gas system that can be turned off so that the action has to be cycled by hand. My Sig 716 beats the brass up so bad that I don't think I will load it more than four times even in single shot mode. Also, you may want to check this out:
