22 cal. 50gr barnes varmint grenades

has anyone used these in the 223 remington and a 22-250? I picked some up and can't find much load data on them.

I've used them over 25 grains of Varget in a 223 . I would start at 22grs and work up.

Well I found out they don't like my 1 in 12 twist 22-250. but they are showing good signs in my 1 in 8 twist AR 15.
