Laser for Colt Rail 1911 22

I am buying a Colt/Walther 1911-22, Rail version. I'll use the gun for plinking. My vision isn't as good as it used to be and I want to add a laser on the rail. I want it to be as visible in daylight as possible, but not be too bulky. Any suggestions?
