Well mete, as far as my expertise about Newburgh, it's pretty simple. I don't have any.

I make it a point to avoid going there and that's probably the best advice I can offer.*

But all the violence is about to end in Newburgh with Cuomo's new gun laws. I'll bet you it'll be a resort city in a few years. Gangs and drug dealers will be so afraid to shoot any rivals, they'll all head for Pennsylvania! Yep! Old Cuomo isn't as stupid as he looks.*
