Shoot out this morning........

I took one of my Ruger Blackhawk .45s and my Uberti Flat Top .45 to the range this morning and shot them in a side-by-side comparison, shooting them alternately. Could not bench rest so had to fire standing, but that is the way I usually shoot anyway. Here the results:

First group:

Then:

And lastly:

I was shooting on an indoor range, and the bottom two targets looked like I would possibly be hitting the floor, so I rotated my target. That's why the Uberti appears on the left on the last target.

Good shooting, you are good to go no matter which gun you pick up and that is always a desirable outcome.

Photos of the guns? O.K.!

The Ruger Blackhawk:

And this is thew Uberti:

Not until I fired them together did I realize how petite the Uberti seems compared to the Ruger. Also, recoil is more noticible with the Uberti, as might be expected.

Bob - great targets! When we round up the posse . . . just remind us that with targets like those . we want you riding out front!

Nice looking set of shootin' irons too . . . there's nothing like SA!

Hi yo Silver!
