CZ hands down!! More accurate, reliable, common it is a handgun that is carried by most world armies, period!!!
Great guns. Accurate, reliable. I'm a big fan and have had a bunch of CZs over the past 15 years. That said, I will have to argue that CZ handguns are NOT carried by most world armies. They are actually carried by very few armies or military units, and when carried, it is mostly done by relatively small units in national police and military organizations.

Beretta, SIG, and Glock each probably have far more guns in service in military units around the world than CZ. (Beretta alone has sold over a million handguns to the US DoD post-Vietnam, and that included a new contract for several hundred thousand handguns in the last couple of years.)

You have to read CZ's website and advertising claims carefully. "Most widely used" does not mean "most handguns in service." CZ has sold guns in a lot of places over the years -- and that may account for their claim of "widely used", and they have picked up some new military contracts in the past year or two, but their totals are still modest.
