I will order the Hogue grips. What holster do you guys use? She is bent on just throwing it in her purse,(which wouldn't get it left at home) but has started to come around to ankle carry

I pocket carry a Ruger LCP almost everywhere, everyday. In a DeSantis Superfly holster. I also have a KAHR CM9 which is a bit smaller than a Ruger LC9, but It is not as easily carried in the pocket as the LCP using the same type of holster. It fits the pocket too tightly in most pants to afford a smooth, reliable draw. It has been moved to a Theis IWB hybred style holster.

which ruger?

I attempted to convince my wife to carry a Ruger LCP/LCR, but, as is know with most better halves, she insisted on a S&W J frame. Her ex kept the Lady S&W, and she finally settled on a 360 just before Christmas....But, I made sure it was HER decision.

Mine picked out the LCP. She doesn't think it kicks too bad, I may be on to something she likes how my beretta smells..
