when was this AR built ?

A Colt match target competition, its a flat top with removable carry handle with a serial of 04117*. Would any of you guys have a good idea when it was built ?

Call Colt customer service. They'll tell you approximately when it was built. I did that with mine about a year ago.

I just talked to Colt customer service and this rifle was built in 2012, it has standard small pins in both the upper/lower and the trigger group. I was glad to hear that, I can add an after market trigger and swap uppers if I want.
Colt is really busy, I was on hold for over an hour.
