nice collection Dennis. a little heavy on mosin nagants for my liking but different strokes for different folks I guess. ok all of my C&Rs that I have bought have been bought since January 1st this year. in order first to last to the best of my memory.

Remington 1903A4(didn't even know it was an A4 when I bought it, thought it was a bubba'd A3 and so did the seller)
French MAS36(either 1944 or 45, haven't been able to get a definitive answer on the serial dating process)

Ah, yes. A rather admirable collection, indeed.
However, it does seem like there is something glaringly missing here? What is it?
Ah ... revolvers.
But you have to suit yourself.
I sold my last long gun this year, so I have only revolvers and pistols.
But who knows what the future holds.

I'm also a long gun man but I must say that I kindof want a norwegian 1914...and that's because it's the only 1911 variant I'm aware of that uses the metric version or 45ACP.

Yes they are - It will out-shoot anything I have in my C&R collection.
(the yugo comes close though) I just don't see how those finn's carried those bad boys around; they are extremely heavy!

Don't forget the sharp, pointy, poking things(what my daughter call bayonets) for them. Makes them look complete.

Also reloading equipment, the 303 ammo is getting hard come by and more expensive and the steyr ammo (8X56r) is.....don't get me started on that one!

the only sharp pointy pokey things I have for my C&Rs are the one that came with the 42 91/30 and the MAS36... I didn't even know it had one until my little brother started playing with it and revealed it's hiding place.

Nice rifles. I have a few rifles but my passion is handguns.

(In the year 2012 my true love gave to me...) 3 P38s, 2 Lugers and a Star model B (WaA D20) in a pear tree!
