My first 1911.
I've wanted a 1911 for quite a few years. When Ruger came out with their version, I fell in love. I like the finish along with the wood grips. This will be my new carry piece. Will probably get the Ruger black rubber pannels for carry. Ordered a Fobus holster for it today.

I'm pretty well-settled on that as my first one as well. I was very impressed by it at the gun store. Enjoy that wonderful pistol!
