Is anyone here using ballistic software for reloading and shooting data?

Hi Guys,
I have already looked it up and the latest post on this topic is 3 years old. In the world of computers and software that's 2-3 generations ago, so I'm going to ask the question again.

Is anyone here using ballistic software for reloading and shooting data?

I'm looking at the Sierra Infinity Suite software and it seems comprehensive. It runs on a Wndows PC which is great, but the ideal tool would be one that runs on PC and a android phone, so I can take it to the range with me.

wow, good idea. Android phone app. Not sure about the app part, There might be one. Here is how I do it:

I use Reloaders Reference Which a freeware download to your puter from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/reloadersrfrnce/

Then I use: GNU Exterior Ballistics Calculator Which again was a freeware that I downloaded from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/balcomp/

With the GNU, You can print out a small Range guide for you reloads and it will tell you how many clicks to make a shot with crosswinds or range. (Just play with it a bit and see if you like it). I have fun with it. told me that 393 inches is what my bullet would drop at 1000 yards if I was sighted in at 200 yards. lol. Thats like 32 feet above my target.

Try them out, I like using these two side by side. What are you trying to bring with you out at the range? The app for the phone? What do you want it to do?

I have that Sierra software, I can't even remember where I got it. Came with my chrony, maybe?

Anyway, I don't use it. There are tons of ballistics calculators online, I use JBM Ballistics almost exclusively. It should work on most any phone that can browse the 'net.

The one piece of software I do recommend for reloaders is QuickLoad. I fond it invaluable and worth every last penny of it's $150 tag.
