Glock conversion barrels for .45 ACP/10mm

I have a Lone Wolf conversion barrel (.40 to 9mm) and it has worked flawlessly on my G23.

I am considering adding a 10mm Glock next year. I'd like to know if there is a simular conversion that will let you shoot .45ACP.

If so, is a barrel/mag swap all that is needed to make it run like my 23 can now run 9mm. Thanks.

You can't convert 10mm to 45acp, but you can convert 45acp to 10mm...

Storm Lake makes a conversion for the Glock 21.

I used a KKM barrel which has actually been discontinued but the process/info is the same.

Thanks UM. This would be OK. My goal is .45 with my own reloads for the range and 10mm factory loads for occasional hunting.

If you do go .45 to 10mm is it just a barrel and mag swap?

I've got a Gen3 G20C too

But I don't have one of those snazzy OD G17s

Thank you. The question comes up a lot so I figured I'd try to cover the bases. I'll be doing a 40 to 9 video one of these days too...

I have a Glock30SF along w/ 10mm conversion barrel. I haven't shot it yet, but did shoot my G29 before and I liked it!

Nice video, plouffe. Concise and easy to watch. I run the G21 with factory* G20 6" barrel, Wolff 22# spring and rod, factory G21 extractor. No extractor problems so far that I recall but I'll keep an eye on that.

* Actually, my smith cut and ported the barrel (attached). Of course, I could have bought a ported Bar-Sto 10mm barrel but this barrel is mine!

I was minutes away from buying a 10mm barrel for my G21, then I gave a quick look at the 45 Super...
It needs only $35-45 in parts - the same parts you'd need to add with a 10mm conversion - Recoil buffer, steel guide rod and a 24lb spring.
But you can use the original Glock 45 barrel.
The Super still delivers ~1200+fps and ~700ft.lbs.... its the same performance as the 10mm, but without the $130 barrel swap and the 45 Super ammo is noticably cheaper too.
