I'd quickly get rid of a 92/M9. I have a bad taste in my mouth for those things after carrying one in the Military. Nothing ever malfunctioned (which is a good thing) I just don't like the platform and it fits my hands weird....not my first choice. Although neither is a glock. But between the two I'd rather have an M9 since I'm more familiar with it.

I own Glocks in 40s&w, 45acp, and 10mm (custom G20L, G21, custom G21L, G22, G23, and custom G24) as well as two Springfield 45acp 1911s (Mil-Spec and Range Officer) and both brands have their place in my collection. The Glocks are rugged, totally reliable, light weight, high capacity, accurate, and fill my need for CCW (G23 40s&w), HD (G21 45acp), and woods carry (custom G20L).

The two 1911s, while beautiful, accurate, and reliable, are too heavy with too little capacity for me to consider them as CCWs over the G23 which is smaller, much lighter, and carries 13+1 rds, twice the capacity of the 1911. For HD, the G21's 13+1rd capacity is twice what either 1911 holds. For woods carry, the 45acp is an inadequate caliber in the Rocky Mountains against larger animals vs full power 200grn hardcast hunting 10mm loads and again, the 1911's weight and less than 1/2 the capacity as compared to my G20L make the choice there easy too.

My 1911a are range shooters that my 27yr old son and I can enjoy together. Besides, everyone should have a 1911 as part of their collection because it's the quintessential semi auto with 100 yrs of service.

And here is my new baby and her friends before the range. She shot amazing nine of the rumored glock issues. Great follow up shots. No regrets.

Awesome! I could have told you that too. My Glocks have all never malfunctioned. My 19 is my main CCW sometimes my 17 and my 21 is home defense along with a TLR-1

Love it, I'm still happy with the trade, in fact I almost bought a second glock at the gun show but the woman kicked me in the shins ans gave me that dirty look. So I had to pass on it or it would have been only internet ladies for a few weeks lol. Overall I'm stoked I purchased a glock no matter how unbalanced a trade it was. I am the guy that preached steel guns to my friends when they went for a glock but things change. And at the end of the day I'm happy.

I have a number of handguns but my favorite is my Glock 21. It is the first pistol I have owned that truely feels like an extension of my arm.

berettas a great gun but then, so is the glock. Wouldnt have done it myself but i see why you did. its lighter, the grip angle may be better for you, more simple, more modern and as far as i know holds more bullets for the same size less weight. The berettas all about style and class imho. Sometimes that goes a long way but there are times when it goes nowhere.

I own a Glock 27 and a Beretta 92fs. I love them both and will never trade either one... Well, let me rephrase that... I would consider upgrading the 92fs for the Inox.

The bottom line is you should own the pistol that you can shoot best. Price and looks do not matter, if the pistol will be your primary carry SD/HD gun. Enjoy your Glock and practice, practice, practice.

As a collector, I think the Inox is just precious. It is in my wish list, no doubt.
