I've used One Shot before and got stuck case. I probably didn't let it dry long enough, but I switched to Imperial Sizing Wax and never had a problem so I stick with what works for me.
If you get a stuck case be sure to get the stuck case removing kit from Redding it saved my bacon several times when I was using One Shot. But since I started using the Imperial stuff I haven't used once.

I use the Hornady "Unique" stuff in the plastic tub and it works fine. It only takes a tiny bit - the stuff will last forever.

I agree on buying a case removal tool if you plan on using One Shot. If you like Imperial you will like Kiwi Mink Oil shoe dressing. Works the same but is much cheaper. BYW - I've used 2 cans of Imperial in the past 10 years so it does get used up.

I use the One shot all the time. I have a loading block dedicated for spraying down my brass. After i spray them down I let them sit for 5 mins before sizing. Oh yeah, shake well like the can says! I also give my sizing die a shot inside before I start, works great.
I never clean my brass after sizing, I tumble after i'm finished loading. The case lube helps to seat bullets smoothly.

I've been using One Shot for a couple of years now, and have never had any issues with it. It just works .

This time I put the cases in a loading block and sprayed them, that made a huge difference. They were very easy to run into the sizing die. Also some lube got into the inside of the case neck and the plug was easier to pull out as well.
I am still curious about the Dillon pump spray, but to order it from Dillon the shipping is more than the cost of a bottle of lube, that makes the price about 16.00 for one bottle. Just not cost effective to order it. |

Too bad. This might be a bit more palatable for you: Brian Enos has the Dillon Case lube for $8.95 + $3.99 shipping. Bottom of page: http://www.brianenos.com/store/dillon.bench.html

Yep, use it for rifle and pistol cases.
1. Stand up cases 1/2 to 1 inch apart in a box top, or other rectangular container. 2. Shake can properly, and attach the plastic applicator thingie. 3. Spray in slow side to side motion left to right, and back to left for about one second. 4. Move to a 90 degree angle, and apply again in the same fashion. That's about 2 seconds worth of spraying time for approximately 100 cases (or more).

As for the dillon lube, it's nothing more than lanolin in alcohol. Same as the Midway spray lube, or the RCBS spray.

One Shot is fine for straight neck pistol cases. I stopped having stuck cartridge issues with rifle cases when I switched to RCBS lube. By the way I have two Hornady lnl progressives and am extremely happy with them so I do not make a habit of criticizing Hornady products but I am not impressed with One Shot except for straight walled cases.

Okay, just running off of my failing memory. I didn't know dillon was authorizing dealers again. Good to know. Here's another one;
http://www.eguns.com/old_index.html And another; http://christensenreloading.com/inde...ing_equipment/ Of course there's Brian Enos also; http://www.brianenos.com/index.html The only difference is the shipping charges. And the time to get it. Most of those dealer don't have much inventory. Imagine having dozens of 1000 dollar machines on your shelf, hoping somebody wants the exact caliber they're set-up with/for. Mostly they arrange a drop ship directly from Dillon. I got my 650 from Scheels. They had ONE machine in stock, the display model! Everything had to be ordered from Dillon.
