Scope mounts, new savage
I have a Savage .223 on the way from Bud's.
The scope that I plan to mount on is a Shepard 3-10 that is coming off anouther rifle. Do I want a one piece mount, rail, or the traditional two piece scope mounts? What are the pros and cons? Thanks |

There are dozens of ways you could go.
Choice might depend on what model Savage it is and how you plan to use it. |

EGW one piece mount.
Leupold QRW rings. You can remove and replace the scope and it returns to zero. |
