I carry the full sized P220R. I use a Galco Summer Comfort holster and place it around my 4:00-4:30 belt loop. It is comfortable and the only IWB holster that I have found that doesn't kill my back to carry.

I carry my SIG 220 Carry model in a Galco "King Tuk" iwb holster comfortably and well-concealed.

I carried mine in a Don Hume 721 OT OWB holster. I like the body shield on it. Sold the gun a while back though.

I carry my P220 Carry SAS either in a Milt Sparks VMII @3:30-4 o'clock w/pants or shorts that take a belt, or in a SmartCarry @12 o'clock when I wear overalls or shorts that do not use a belt.

on and off
A Bianchi #4L and a matching belt (B4?) do for the P220 if I carry it concealed. In the boonies, I've got a flap M84. On the job a Safariland with an internal lock and thumb snap.
