Replacement barrel for Lyman Muzzleloader?

I need a new barrel for a 54 CAL Trade Rifle. Lyman wants too much for a direct replacement so I am asking who makes drop in's for this model. I can also work with barrel blanks since I have a good, local smith so I welcome suggestions for these as well, but we're getting close to ML Deer season so my preference would be for a drop in.
What are my options?
