New handgun safe for my car!

When it arrived yesterday..

Mounted in my car..

Now I can leave my gun in my car while I'm in pistol free zones instead of leaving it at home.

Congrats to you!

That looks like a very robust unit. Let us know how you like it after you've installed and used it awhile.
Treat everyone you meet with dignity and respect....but have a plan to kill them just in case.

Thanks, I will.

Here in MI, there is a zero tolerance for drinking while carrying.
Once in a while, I would like to be able to stop for a beer after work..
Does anyone know if I'm still technically carrying if my handgun is locked in the safe?
Does the safe need to be out of reach?
Does the handgun need to be unloaded/ammo outside of the safe?

Of course, after I spent the money on this safe, I get an email for $25 off.
I would buy another one as a Christmas gift, but my entire family is a bunch of libs...

So here you go:

Merry Christmas!!!
