powder measure parts

So I had a little accident as I was cleaning out my RCBS Uniflow powder measure. Slipped out of my hands and smacked the side of the bench. Not totally broken, but cracked. Can I get a replacement? I'm at work now and have limited access to web sites, (darn filters), so I can't get to RCBS directly. Anyone ever have a problem like this?

I'm in the process of ordering a bunch of parts for RCBS measures, including hoppers, baffles, lids etc. You can find the part number you need from the instructions here or the Parts Book here, then contact RCBS via the form here or at 1-800-533-5000.

Edit: Seeing that you don't have web access, the part that I *think* you need is:
09026 Powder Hopper (to fit a Uniflow Powder Measure, 09010) but please check!
..

Call RCBS and tell them what happened, I'd be surprised if they didn't send you the parts you need for free. They have amazing customer service.

Double Ditto: They sent me replacements for two vintage uniflows [you remember the old almost O.D Green color]. No charge /no shipping / no questions.

I bought a Uniflow at an estate sale that was missing several parts. E-mailed them and they sent all at no cost.

I concur with what others have stated. A call to RCBS will probably get your problem solved quickly, and for free.

I tried that with some dies I got in a similar fashion and got turned down! They said lost is not a failed part. I'm still green all the way though.
