Well, I used to own a Ruger Security-Six in .357 Magnum, but I sold it when I realized the only thing I carried was the Commander.
With just the .30-06, .243, .44 Magnum and .45 ACP in my stable, there just don't happen to be any which use small primers. The "carefully avoided" phrase might have been tongue in cheek. A little. Let's just say that when I've thought about an AR-15, one of the things that comes to mind is changing that darn primer assembly around. Now an AR-10 in .243 would be OK...

Haha, you will get zapped by oodles of small pistol primer .45 Auto brass eventually. May as well go out and pick up a fine .357 Magnum on your next trip to the Fun Store!
