Everyday Carry
Just outta curiosity whats your everyday carry(EDC)? Mine is a mossy 500 pistolgrip only.

Well, you may be unique in carrying a 12 gauge as an everyday carry. I'm guessing you live in a rural area and probably work outside in a rural area.
In cooler weather, I like to carry a 1911 in .45 acp -- a Dan Wesson CCO, Les Baer Stinger, and sometimes an Ed Brown Special Forces Carry. In warmer weather and lighter clothing (shorts), it's most often either a Kahr CM9 or Sig P238. I do carry some other guns as well but those are what I consider my EDC, depending upon season.

How does one carry a shotgun and get any work done?

Wrong forum, and highly unlikely that's what you carry.
