North central Illinois AK smith?

Is there a gunsmith in north central Illinois that can straighten the canted front sight on an AK47? Not some hack with a Harbor Freight drill press and a hack saw, someone that knows what he’s doing. Thanks.

Don't know if this is too far south? If not, Oglesby & Oglesby in Springfield.
