.223 bullets
New here and to reloading I'm wondering whats the best bullets for reloading .223 for my AR15 which i will be mainly using for target shooting.

Bullet information
Aside from this forum, your best source of bullet information comes from bullet manufacturers. Many, such as Sierra, provide specification and application for each bullet they manufacture and sell.
As for a .223 plinking bullet you can do quite well with Sierra's or other bullet maker's .224" 55gr FMJBT. I use this bullet in my Mini-14 for plinking and 10" steel plate shooting at 100 yds. Lot of fun. |

You will have to try a few to find out which ones works best for your rifle.
My 1-12 twist Rem 700 likes Hornady 55 gr V-max. |
