Mepro light support issues ?

Purchased Mepro-25 some 3 years ago and has failed in the light-source (10 year warrantee for this)

After 5 months’ of trying to contact them direct (as original seller no longer trading) finally got reply after Facebook question

Weeks between replies to questions

They will not honour warrantee at all
Have receipt and all box and instructions Etc. but they say should not be sold outside USA! But they advertise at shows in UK Etc.

Question has anyone else had similar issues?
Any ideas how to sort out
Recommended replacement ?
Thanks John

I also have had a hard time getting any response from Meprolight via email. I finally solved my problems by buying from Trijicon instead of Meprolight. Last I heard they were imported into the US by Kimber, maybe you can email Kimber and see if they can help you. I hope something works out for you.

best wishes- oldandslow

Re Mepro sights

Have tried Kimber but email support is down and do not wish to spent £ on phone call
Have sent 3 requests via face book to Kimber but no reply in 7 days
Would not recommend at all if this is the service you can expect
I am glad I do not have to depend on it like some I use to work with?!!

Meprolight issues

Have now been chasing a warranty issue for over a year now and was told that they had to get permission from Israel government to allow them to accept a postal delivery from me???

I have been waiting for 4 months for the all clear to send back to see if they can sort out

Has anyone else had this sort of run around??
