by just the serial number it was made 1946 - 1949 most likely. As for value need a lot more information and clear pictures would help a lot. As with all old guns condition is everything. Price could be one or two hundred dollars up.

.32 S&W 32 cal revolver year and value
OK this is what I know about the gun it is in very good shape there is a little bluing wore off on the cylinder. It has 4 screws on the right hand side of the gun one of them covered by the grip and the 5th screw is on the front of the trigger guard. The grips have the same serial number as the gun and it has a fixed rounded front site. I have tried to upload pictures but it keeps telling me my file size is to big and I do not know how to fix this

If you have Windows 7 you can click on the start icon and go to you pictures library; the edit program is not extensive, but it does include reducing photos to manageable size for uploading to a site.
If you have an earlier OS you might need a separate program, like Photoshop to manage pictures. Most digital cameras also have the means of reducing the number of pixels (and hence the byte size) of photos. Jim

"www.shrinkpictures.com" reduce photos and will put them in your documents file up load from there. 600 or 760 size work for this site (most of the time)
