Interesting video on the M1 Garand,,,
I just stumbled across this video,,,

I watched the same video yesterday, as well as the video for the M14. They finally pushed me over the edge into ordering my own Garand from the CMP. They are very helpful in explaining the operation and breakdown of the rifle to a newb like me.

It's the same video, only it hasn't been cut short. If you look around you can also find some training videos on shooting the rifle, as well as a training video or two for the 1911. Very interesting stuff.
