NH grandfather arrested for shooting gun in ground to stop burglar

Wow, I'm disappointed about this. I just don't understand why this man would be arrested for this? Doing it possibly saved the burglars life.

Interesting case. I'm not sure that I understand the "reckless conduct" charge.
