Nosler custom technology BT SILVERTIP.

I am just looking for some load data for this bullet in .270 win 130 grain bullets with IMR 4831 powder. And has anyone heard good things about these bullets?

Hodgdon has load data for 130gr bullets and IMR4831 powder. The data for the 130gr HDY SP should be a close approximation.
Still happily answering to the call-sign Peetza.
The problem, as you so eloquently put it, is choice.

Use standard Nosler data for the Combined Technology bullets (including the 130 gr Ballistic Tip).

Hornady data is close, in this case, but it's usually 6-10% different. I suggest getting your hands on a current Nosler manual, if you intend to keep using their projectiles.

Nosler also lists some data on line.
For deer the .270 Win case and Nosler 130 gr bullets go together like "peas and carrots" as Forrest Gump would say.
Their Reloading Manual No. 6 is excellent, as well.
