I have been deer hunting 3 times, last time was 25 years ago.
Now all you have to do is tighten up the dates of your next hunts.
A deer on your 3rd hunt is a very respectable expectation but if you continue at your current pace you will need a CNA and a bib to eat your next!

Yea, vacuum sealing the deer makes it last alittle longer but 25yrs. is asking a bit much.

That is a fine eating deer! There is nothing wrong with shooting a small buck, they are much better eating.

I still have a few rifles that I would like to get a large game kill on. My 1895SBL still has only shot paper , pop-cans and Tannerite.
Shot placement is everything! I would rather take a round of 50BMG to the foot than a 22short to the base of the skull.

all 25 of my guns are 45/70 govt, 357 mag, 22 or 12 ga... I believe in keeping it simple
