I am going to start doing some relaoding for my 10fp this weekend. I need some good starting points. I know check out the books. I have already loaded some stuff out of the manual. I am just curious what you guys have come up. I have a bunch of IMR 4895 LC Brass and Sierra 169gr Match. Thanks in advance, Larz

That's a good starting point... I use Lapua .308 brass, CCI Benchrest primers, 165 gr. Nosler ballistic tips, and 4895. Rifle's inside an inch at 100. Varying charges - Really need to go to 300 on a very calm day and figure out where the sweet spots are.

FWIW, either the 175 grain or 155 grain Palma matchkings will likely group better at long distances than the 168...

I use the 190 MatchKing, which the 1:10 twist stabilizes very well. 42.0 grains of varget. This is towards max pressure in my rifle. Federal GM brass and 210M Federal primer. Have fun.

I have a load that came from one of those (Politically Correct) Army Long range target shooters in Viet nam...You now those guy, out in the bush shooting Beer cans at 700 plus yards.
Winchester brass...I have LC
CCI #200 primer
IMR 4064 42 grains
Speer #2034 165 grain BTSP
2485 FPS

POI at 100 +2.25
200 0
300 -9.04

I have been told that with a bullet lighter than 163 grains or heavier that 169 grain an both velocity and accuricy suffer...Just My opinion.
