Question for women carriers about accessories
While the market for gun accessories for women is increasing (though not much), I am wondering what products women would like to see made available to them.
I am a small-framed woman and have difficulty finding holsters to conceal my guns (H&K compact 9mm and Walter PPS 9mm). I also would love to find a range bag that is made for women, and a fashionable purse that doesn't look like it just came out of the 1980's. It gets very frustrating using accessories and holsters made for men that just don't fit my frame and style. What product(s) would you like to see on the market today? |

I would be pleased to see,,,
More women carrying on a regular basis.
Have you been to Gun Toten Mama's website? I have no idea if these are 1980's styling,,, But a few of my lady friends use them and are pleased. Aarond P.S. I just started using their Men's Concealed Carry Briefcase,,, I am very happy with the product and the fasts service,,, I also like that they ship for free. .

I wish I could help but my wife disqualified me because I have been known to use a holster which didn't match my shoes.

Hello ClayInTx,,,
Holster makers like myself love people like your wife.
I've duplicated a custom holster for one of the ladies I work with,,, She has it in Basic Black, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Saddle Tan, and Natural. Several months ago she asked me if I had any white-ish snake skin. Dang but I love lady shooters. ![]() Aarond

I rarely carry in my purse but it would be nice to find a nice one that i didnt have to make myself. As far as holsters Im just glad that black leather goes with almost everything
. A white IWB holster would be great for blending in with my white belts i wear in the summer though.

error-net....
I'm a bit confused by the topic here.
Do you want to know websites or places that sell/market gear-products for female gun owners/CC license holders or are you asking what items may sell or be ideal for women who need gun related items(holsters, gear, cases, etc). Mitch Rosen, Galco, Safariland, Kramer Leather, Blade-tech, 5.11, Gunvideo.com(Lenny Magill) all sell female kit for the woman on the go, .CF |

well, one of the things I am finding is it is getting very hard for girl hunters to find pants and other gear. Men's apparel is usually too long for me and the vest I bought is big in the gut area, unless I had a beer shed growing. sowwy
guys.Dunham's sporting goods, if you have one, did have a few girl things. Maybe research some more online for a company who does custom leathering. If I find anything I will post it. |

Turbodog , I haven't even looked but I see more and more stuff for women .That includes training , holsters ,handbags, hunting clothes !!!
![]() There is reduced size policewomen's gear too. Thirty years ago a woman shooter or hunter was considered very odd !! Today they're only a little odd ! Do some research !!

The last 10 year there has definitely been a large increase in shooting/hunting gear for woman. Some of the gear i have purchased that were designed for woman need to go back to the drawing board but things are improving greatly haha.
