Another Colt agent needing help!!

Okay Folks, have a colt agent with a shrouded hammer and nice blueing with an enclosed ejector rod and checked wood grips, so i am guessing second issue, the problem i am having is figureing out the serial # m99943x the last letter is an actual x below serial #'s Any help with a date and maybe a value would be greatly appreciated!!

Dates to 1976.
