Question About New York

I am not sure if i posting this thread in the right place, but here it goes:

What can be legally shipped/ possessed in new york regarding Magazines? Can one buy a pre-ban magazine (such as glock mag, AR mag etc..) in New York? Is there round limitations in magazines in New York? Upstate New York generally speaking....

Hi,

I live in NY (Dutchess County). The magazine limit for the entire state is 10. However, If you can find some pre-ban mags, there is no limit. Be careful about pre ban mags. Most of the gun shows I go to all seem to have vendors that are selling "pre-ban" mags, which actually are not.

If you can find a legit pre ban mag, go for it. Otherwise your limit is 10!
