AR15 red dot mount

I have an AR15 with a permanent carry handle ( the price could not be beat!

) anyway I have totally redone the stock furniture that it came with and replaced it with:

Stark grip
MOE handguard and stock
AFG
Azetta tac light holder

...I am now wanting to purchase and mount a Red-Dot onto it (Primary Arms M3 red dot...affordable and dependable...rarely those two ever go together on red-dots) and I don't want to mount it on the top of the carry handle...nor do I want to use a Z bar ...was thinking of a small "riser" that I could mount onto the top of the handguard and place it onto that..any thoughts? or better yet ideas and pictures?...thanks!

I am going to build another AR platform later and will ensure I go with a detachable carry handle on that one
