Is it okay if I register even if my husband is already a member? I asked him and he said that he thought it was okay, but I wanted to know for sure. (I already registered since I didn't want to use my e-mail address.)

Absolutely, it's ok to join TFL. Many of us, including me, have wives who are also members here and join in on the various threads.
